Welcome to a fabulous Hill Country Getaway 35 minutes from Austin!

Our home is a new 1-story, with a huge deck overlooking the clear blue waters of the Pedernales river (just 2 miles from the fork where it joins Lake Travis) and only 30 miles (40 minutes) from downtown Austin.  We offer 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and a large fenced yard that kids love.

The river side of the house is wall-to-wall glass. The kitchen has a huge granite island with 2 sinks, stainless steel appliances, and opens to the living room that has cathedral ceilings. The kitchen, living room and master bedroom all have panoramic river views with magical sunrises and sunsets. The deck faces east and is shaded by lovely Oak trees that cool it all afternoon.  

The property is waterfront with steps down to a grotto and path through the woods to the water. We have nice cement steps that then take you to our covered boat dock.  We keep floaties and lawn chairs on the dock for all to enjoy.  If you have a boat or jet ski's there is a private launch a quarter mile down the street - for our small neighborhood and then you can tie up in our covered boat slip.

We welcome families and folks looking for a peaceful yet fun water sports and Hill Country vacation. Because we have neighbors that live near-by full time, we do not rent to large groups of heavy partiers.
