$375 per night, plus, 12% Tax                                                     

$95 1x Maid Service Fee                                                             

$500 Damage Deposit  (refunded back to your credit card within 48 hours of checkout .  If any damage/ loss occurs that  requires repair(s) or replacement, the correlating amount of charges will be kept from the deposit.    

Fees

50% of the total reservation, (ie - all nights, plus tax,  plus damage deposit and maid fee) is due at time of reservation.  Payment can be made by any major credit card (including AMEX). 

The remaining 50% balance will be charged 21 days prior to the Check In date.

Also – please note that until we receive your reservations form (on this website) all filled out, the reservation is not held.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel after your reservation is confirmed, there will be a 10% cancellation charge (10% of your original reservation amount).  If you cancel with less than 21 days notice, then the full amount of the reservation will be charged - EXCEPT if your stay is over a holiday - then you must cancel 30 days prior to your check in date to receive your refund. If you leave early or do not come, there is no refund. All cancellations must be made via phone, person to person (not on a voice recorder).
